Changes….

As is the theme of my life, things are changing in starkfu.com again.  The concept of starkfu group is alive and well, however the road to getting there may change a little bit.  We are still developing a roadmap of goals and targets, but again real life has dealt us a hand where you cannot decide to go for the four of a kind or the straight flush…. each a winner in its own right, but each takes you down a different path.  Bad analogy?

Here is a short list of new things going on:

• I quit GE at the end of February in light of an offer I received from UW-Milwaukee to work full time as an Information Processing Consultant
• I have begun to make my own wine that I eventually intend to distribute via web sales along with some health juices that I personally have been drinking
• I am learning a lot about server environments and have decided to take my infrastructure to the next level – began buying Dell poweredge servers to host email, websites, and use as a learning environment / testbed
• Claire and I are nearing graduation at the Bachelor’s level.  I will be continuing on for my MBA this fall
• The house will need to be expanded, we are currently in the opening phases of planning the expansion

For now the big things are planning the house expansion, getting our web sales organization solidified, and establishing our internal infrastructure in the server environment.  I am still planning to use the gallery, add a forum, and increase traffic to this site, but have been spending a lot of time on work related things.  I will slowly be explaining exactly what it is I do at my new position as well.
